עמותת שניר חרמון שיאון היינה עמותה לקידום חברתי בגולן. העמותה מפעילה חמש מסגרות לימוד חינוכיות לנוער חרדי בסיכון. הנערים הלומדים חיים בתנאי פנימייה ובסיום לימודיהם הנערים רוכשים מקצוע עם תעודות גמר ותעודת בגרות ומתגייסים לצה"ל.

עמותת שניר חרמון שיאון לקידום חברתי בגולן מעסיקה כ 130 עובדים ו 205 נערים במסגרות העמותה השונות.
