Andent - Association for Developing Community Services for Ethiopian Jews in Neve Yaakov

To work toward establishing a synagogue and conducting spiritual and social activities for the Ethiopian Jewish community, residents of the Neve Yaakov neighborhood in Jerusalem. To work toward promoting and improving the educational, employment, and social integration of Ethiopian emigrants and their incorporation into Israeli society. Amendment of goals: Establishment of a synagogue and spiritual center. Operation of kindergartens, schools, Talmud Torah institutions, yeshivas, including evening programs and informal education. Organization of youth activities, encouragement of IDF recruitment, support for addiction and smoking prevention, and religious study circles. Establishment of a visitor center for Ethiopian Jewish heritage in Jerusalem, particularly in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood
