Allocation and acquisition of land and/or apartments and establishment and equipping of buildings and apartments for the establishment of housing systems, hostels, multipurpose centers, day care centers, schools and any other framework that works for the benefit of those with special needs and the needy population, and to maintain contact with the Israel Land Administration and/or nonprofits and/or financial institutions and/or private individuals and/or any other organization to promote this purpose.
