Municipal Parents' Committee Association in Herzliya for Education

To work for the promotion of education, welfare and safety in all educational institutions in formal frameworks (kindergarten and school) and non-formal frameworks (after-school programs, clubs, children and youth activities, youth movements, etc.) in the city. The organization, through its institutions, will represent parents of students and the students in Herzliya - as their natural guardians - in every educational institution as defined by the Compulsory Education Law, 5709-1949, in formal and non-formal education in the education system in Israel (hereinafter "students"), vis-à-vis all institutions of the Herzliya municipality, the state and its authorities, including the municipal education department, local authority institutions, the Ministry of Education, the Local Government Center, teachers and principals organizations, the national parents leadership and its working teams, and any other person and body in the State of Israel and/or towards international organizations abroad, without prejudice to the right of students to representation by the student council.
