Women's Spirit- Financial Empowerment for Women Victims of Violence

Women's Spirit offers women victims of violence- physical, sexual, mental and economic violence the tools and support with which to become financially independent. Women's Spirit focuses its efforts on two main directions: providing women victims of violence with efficient skills and tools for achieving financial and personal independence, and raising awareness to women victims of violence's state. Women's Spirit's unique programs are structured to provide women victims of violence with their unique needs and career ambitions: financial empowerment group workshop; Individual occupational coaching that focuses on financial and personal independence; Individual occupational mentoring that focuses on job skills and career ambitions; Integration within the labor market and job placement; technological and professional courses such as: computer skills, financial accompanying and more; "Friendly Employer" project for creating infrastructure of cooperation between women victims of violence, society and the business world; Women's Spirit's Career Women Forum who is involved in job networking and placement, public relations and fund raising; and more.
