Management and operation of a fund or funds, including funds held by others, and consultation in allocating all or some of them, or the income from them, for charitable purposes from time to time, whether directly or through assisting distribution to other registered organizations, or by recommendation and assistance to other bodies that transfer the funds directly to promote charitable purposes, and especially for the following charitable purposes: awarding scholarships, research grants and prizes to discharged soldiers who served in the IDF, who are registered or will be registered for professional studies, for undergraduate degrees or for other studies requiring an undergraduate degree as a condition for admission, in a recognized educational institution in Israel
