a. Operating holistic and rehabilitative programs in the spirit of the arts for the welfare of single mothers and their children, including the "Mekhubarot" therapeutic day center.
b. Encouraging creative work in performing arts such as: painting, sculpture, films, theater, and drama. Supporting creative artists and producing cultural events for single-parent families and families with disabilities.
c. Assistance in integrating single-parent families and families with disabilities in Safed and the Galilee.
d. Vocational training, courses, and job placement for those seeking the organization's services, with emphasis on single mothers.
e. Providing applicants with information on existing assistance channels in various local authorities and helping them obtain such assistance.
f. Building and establishing support infrastructure and systems for the target population, including operating the "Mekhubarot for Employment" center as an employment incubator and establishing a social enterprise.
g. Acting to advance the target populations to reduce unemployment, by encouraging integration into the labor market, establishing new businesses, and expanding existing ones.
h. Managing, supervising, and operating an employment center in partnership with the Ministry for Development of the Negev and Galilee and the local authority in Safed as a technological employment center for the benefit of the target population.
