Located in Tel Aviv, we strive to spread the teachings of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov. Through classes, visiting hospitals and jails, books and playing music and dancing on the streets; we bring hope, happiness and strength to people worldwide.
Sheer Chadash was founded in 2001 in Tel Aviv in order to bring the message of Rabbi Nachman to the big city. In the last ten years, many searching souls have found what they have been looking for and returned to keeping Torah and Mitzvot. Beginning with a weekly Torah class, the organization has branched out to many activities. We now have a Beit Midrash (Synagogue) located in Southern Tel Aviv, a boys school and two Kiruv centers in central Tel Aviv. With music and smiles, we go to hospitals, jails and even just on the streets of Tel Aviv, to bring people lots of hope and happiness. We make it our business to lift their moods and give them a dose of hope. Every Shabbat and holiday, we host 2 Shabbat meals in the Beit Midrash. Ba'alei Tshuva, non-observant and people without families find in these meals spiritual light for the whole week. We help out needy families with food packages. For these families this assistance is the difference between having food on the table or not!
