Association for the Resident and Community in Ramat Negev

To work for the residents of the jurisdiction of the Ramat Negev Regional Council in the fields of welfare, health, mental health, education, science, culture, arts, society, community, employment, sports, heritage of the Ramat Negev area, strengthening weak populations, improving quality of life and leisure culture in the community that will serve the needs of the population in Ramat Negev. To identify and define the needs of the population in Ramat Negev in the fields of the association's primary purpose; to initiate, encourage, finance, plan, develop, manage, organize and conduct activities in the fields of the association's primary purpose; to create funds for scholarships, grants and financial assistance in the fields of the association's primary purpose and special funds for the association's and its institutions' needs and for the needs of the population and community in Ramat Negev, all subject to approval of the Regional Council's legal advisor and approval of the Council plenum; to raise donations, grants, support and budgets to promote each of the association's purposes; subject to regulation 13.4, to grant scholarships, grants, support and financial assistance according to criteria to be determined by the association's management according to public and fixed criteria, all subject to approval of the Regional Council's legal advisor and approval of the Council plenum
