To promote, create and operate therapeutic field workshops in the desert for at-risk youth. To establish a permanent location in the Aravah, which will serve as a national desert center for treating at-risk youth. To commemorate Deputy Lotan Slowin through action and contribution for the rehabilitation of at-risk youth. To train instructors and mentors for field activities with at-risk youth.
