To impart to the Jewish people and its students the values of the Land of Israel in general and Mount Ephraim in particular, and to internalize the inseparable connection of Samaria and Benjamin to the Land and the Jewish people. To engage in environmental awareness education, environmental development, research on the Land of Israel, development of domestic and international tourism in the Mount Ephraim region
