Yeshivat Ramot, located in Ramot Gimel in Jerusalem, has a number of goals:
1. Contact with the community - The Yeshiva attaches great importance to the existence of an urban Jewish community in which the residents and the Yeshiva students works together and create a reality of Torah learning and Jewish life. Because of this, the Yeshiva holds public seminars, a women's study hall every Sunday, projects for children and young people, and of course, a Chavruta between the local residents and the students.
2. Torah approach - The basic assumption underlying the Yeshiva study is that the Torah is not detached from reality. Rather, the Torah is G-d's word to us and guides us in daily life, while taking a deep look at the entire personal, social and general reality.
3. Educational approach - Yeshiva study is emphasizing the personal development of each student so that he will grow up to be a Jew who reaches his full potential. Each student is given the opportunity to study together with the Rosh Yeshiva and with the educational staff.
4. Sustainability and the environment - As part of the Torah approach, the Yeshiva attaches great importance to protecting and familiarizing the environment. The vision of the Yeshiva is to establish a place that will serve as a model for preserving the environment through Jewish eye.
