To establish an education, creativity, and cultural and social activity center for youth and young people in Jaffa and its surroundings (Bat Yam, Tel Aviv, Ramla, Lod, Holon). To develop and establish a community of young creators with social involvement that combines quality professional artistic creation and innovative approaches with in-depth educational and community work. To serve as an exceptional cultural center, both in the wide diversity of populations it serves and in the diverse and rich group of creators working within it. To operate a music center and performance arts studio that serves as an incubator for guidance, learning, enrichment, and training of youth and young creators in all areas of music, writing, performance arts, and cinema, with a focus on meetings, collaborations, and artistic-cultural dialogue among creators, ensembles, and professional groups operating in Jaffa and its surroundings
