To work for the empowerment of first and second generation immigrants, with emphasis on the cyber world, to initiate and support activities, including use of innovative technologies, to promote dialogue between different cultures in Israel and the world. To initiate and support activities to support and assist the public sector and civil society in the process of modernization of technological information systems in the cyber era. To organize and support public activities in the field of cyber security to lead to the formation of an expert and professional community through creating opportunities for meetings, knowledge sharing, mutual learning, encouraging collaboration, making information accessible, encouraging community research initiatives, exchanging ideas and raising awareness. To initiate and support activities to improve the preparedness of the public sector and civil society for cyber information security events, through collection of information about events, formulation of recommendations for recovery and response. The organization will work in every legal activity that has the capacity to finance and/or promote the organization's activities and realization of its goals
