Unite the rabbis of settlements to work together to promote the shared interests of the rabbinate, religious affairs, and rabbis in the settlements. Represent religious affairs in the settlements before the authorities. Defend the rights of rabbis against the authorities. Organize courses, training programs, and study days for rabbis. Establish a relief fund for rabbis.
