To establish in Nof HaGalil a significant Torah center: a study hall, a Torah school for girls, a preparatory Torah program for children, dissemination of Torah and Judaism through encouraging original cultural and spiritual creation. Support for residents of the Galil in regional film productions in the Galil area. Support for film productions on themes of Israeli heritage and national unity. Activities with new immigrants. Establishment and operation of a mission-driven Torah nucleus in Nof HaGalil, encouraging permanent settlement of young families in the city, and activities in education and welfare.
