To enable everyone to engage in physical sporting activity in the fencing branch. To develop and spread fencing in Kiryat Ata through publicity, marketing and opening classes throughout the city. To develop and spread fencing in the north, in Kiryat Ata, the Krayot and surrounding areas. To work through fencing to foster relationships and mutual relations between the club and the community. Conducting professionalization and specialization in fencing through courses for assistant instructors, instructors, coaches, etc. Encouraging children and youth to engage in fencing as a folk activity and healthy lifestyle. Education in the values of honor, decency, fairness, respect for flag, anthem and symbol, acceptance of the other, patience and tolerance, victory and defeat with honor. Promoting and nurturing fencers. Working toward reconciliation, tolerance and cooperation between different sectors of society through fencing. Encouraging, supporting and assisting new immigrants who wish to engage in fencing. Assisting fencers with discounts, equipment, scholarship distribution, funding and/or participation in funding for national and international representation in competitions, camps, training sessions and congresses. Purchase of professional equipment for the fencing club. Assisting children suffering from attention and concentration disorders through fencing. Assistance in academic reinforcement for needy fencers. Support for athletes through assistance and funding for training instructors. Hosting regional, national and, to the extent possible, international fencing competitions
