To establish, develop, manage, and operate a "court of justice" in Netanya by the Tzanz Hasidic dynasty under the leadership of the Admor of Tzanz, with panels of judges who will judge according to Torah on matters of property and related issues, including arbitration, mediation, and settlement, drafting of agreements and contracts, all subject to Torah law and Jewish law and with the consent of the parties.
