Encouraging Torah writing and disseminating Torah publications related to practical commandments and supporting book authors and halakhic researchers. Managing Torah libraries, youth libraries, and advanced libraries for people with disabilities. Supporting needy Torah scholars and their family members. Establishing and operating a study hall for clarifying halakhic issues according to the tradition of the Temesvár community
