Implementing and disseminating the teachings of Chabad Hasidism according to the teachings and directives of Chabad leaders, particularly the Rebbe of Lubavitch, leader of our generation. Deepening the study of Chabad Hasidic teachings and Torah teachings in general, their values and commandments, and transmitting them to the entire public including children and youth, and maintaining regular and supplementary study frameworks for them, including clubs, day camps and summer programs. Assisting the public in observing Torah commandments and Hasidic customs, working to bring hearts closer together, unity of the people, public welfare, peace and security, and spiritual absorption of new immigrants. Assisting and encouraging those in need in all their forms including: the sick, elderly, new immigrants, bereaved families, victims of terrorism and all those requiring help and encouragement. Operating assistance and charitable programs for them including distribution of charitable gifts. Working to rehabilitate prisoners and their families, including the operation of Torah study frameworks. Encouraging volunteerism among the people, supporting and encouraging those working for the public, security and welfare. Maintaining Jewish cultural activities alongside all of the above, working to transmit Jewish values regarding the integrity of Torah, people and land. Disseminating values of morality and justice according to Torah teachings, including the Seven Laws of Noah, and preparing the people for the coming of the Messiah in the true and complete redemption
