Training residents of the Golan Heights in science and technology by establishing a college for studying these professions and conducting training programs and integrating students and graduates into high-tech jobs. The organization will engage in promoting education and training, assisting in job placement of graduates, developing initiatives in the internet and information technology fields focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation for the general public, in peripheral areas, minority settlement areas and other areas where there is a need to promote these fields.
