Working to deepen the study of Chabad Hasidic teachings and Israeli Torah in general, its values and commandments, and conveying them to the entire public including children and youth, maintaining study frameworks for them including clubs, summer camps, and summer programs. Assisting the public in fulfilling Torah commandments and Hasidic customs, promoting mutual understanding, national unity, community welfare, peace and security, and spiritual absorption of new immigrants. Assisting and encouraging the needy of all kinds, including the sick, elderly, new immigrants, bereaved families and anyone needing help and encouragement. Operating assistance and charity programs for them including providing charitable services. Working similarly for the rehabilitation of prisoners and their families, including operating Torah study frameworks. Promoting volunteer work, supporting and encouraging those who work for public welfare, security and well-being. Conducting Jewish cultural activities alongside all of the above, working to convey Jewish values regarding the completeness of Torah, the Jewish people and the Land. Disseminating values of ethics and justice according to Israeli Torah teachings and preparing the people to receive the Messiah in true and complete redemption. Operating a mission-oriented nucleus.
