Promoting and integrating young people into Israeli society as leaders and socially engaged citizens. Initiating, establishing and leading activities and projects for empowering youth, training them, accompanying them to meaningful military service, providing tools for taking responsibility and encouraging leadership and social involvement out of a sense of mission, love of the land and Israeli society.
To operate a pre-military preparatory program: to educate the program's participants in loyalty to the State of Israel and identification with it as a Jewish, Zionist and democratic state as meant in the Declaration of Independence and the Basic Laws of the State of Israel, and in love of the people and land.
To educate the program's participants to enlist in full, quality and meaningful military service in the IDF, in volunteer and combat units, in command and officer tracks, according to their abilities and skills, and according to IDF requirements.
To prepare the program's participants, physically and spiritually, for integration into the IDF as stated.
To establish and enrich the spiritual world of the program's participants as well as
to increase their self-confidence and belief in their path.
