The women participate in professional courses for a minimal cost, such as: sewing for beginners, advanced sewing, fashion design, cutting, preparation of fragrant designed candles, floristry, cactus gardening. Beyond the professional elements, women receive holistic support of guidance and mentorship, facilitation and support in working with institutions, such as the municipality, local community centers, social security, and banks, as well as general knowledge on current affairs, politics, economics, social and community action. In addition, the women learn how to market themselves in various platforms, so that they can sell their products. To support the marketing efforts the organization organizes bazaars twice a year in which the women sell their work.
