Encouraging women in the Arab population to go out and work through: finding suitable jobs, establishing a happy and subsidized kindergarten for children, which encourages women in the Arab sector to work more freely. Help and support for school students through: establishing study workshops to encourage students in many subjects, help workshops for children who struggle to solve homework and struggle with studies. Encouraging the desire to contribute among academics in the Arab population for the purpose of giving lectures and guiding students in workshops that will suit all ages.
