Establishing, maintaining, and managing a kollel for advanced Torah scholars and pensioners in Acre. Distributing scholarships to advanced Torah scholars studying in the kollel. Establishing and operating a study center and teaching program for female teachers. Organizing Torah classes and spreading Judaism and activities in the fields of education, welfare, culture and religion. Encouraging immigration and educational activities with members of the diaspora. Building and strengthening a community around the study hall. As well as establishing and improving educational frameworks for the community, operating a mission nucleus in Acre
