Providing tools and clear, practical financial awareness that will enable Bedouin youth and young adults from Bedouin society in the Negev to conduct balanced economic lives and avoid mistakes that could jeopardize their future and economic security. Delivering experiential workshops and active lectures in Arabic to Bedouin youth and young adults in schools, community centers, youth centers and more. First stage—recruiting experts in financial education and experts in developing experiential instructional content and creating partnerships with professional bodies. Second stage—building workshops and lectures tailored to those youth and young adults on topics: exposure to the fascinating financial world and preparation for the adult world, smart consumerism and consumer dilemmas, planning and managing personal and family budgets, workers' rights. Third stage—delivering the workshops and lectures to Bedouin youth and young adults in the Negev with the agreement and coordination of professional bodies such as: youth department managers in councils, school principals and community centers, youth center managers, etc., Promoting and developing personal and social skills in adaptation to the changing reality of the 21st century in order to increase social mobility and maximize personal and professional capabilities. The organization will work among various Israeli society communities throughout the country through: lectures, intervention programs, workshops, courses, exposure and placement in educational and industrial institutions
