Managing and promoting a pre-military academy and education, leadership, and training programs for young people and youth, to educate academy trainees in loyalty to the State of Israel and identify as a Jewish, Zionist, and democratic state as defined in the Declaration of Independence and Basic Laws of the State of Israel, and in love of the people and land, to educate academy trainees to enlist in full, quality, and meaningful military service in the IDF in volunteer and combat units, in command and officer tracks, according to their abilities and skills and according to IDF requirements, to prepare academy trainees physically and spiritually for integration into the IDF as stated, to establish and enrich the spiritual world of academy trainees and increase their self-confidence and faith in their path, to cultivate young leadership, involvement, and social impact of academy trainees and graduates during and after their military service
