Assistance to the needy through distribution of financial support and distribution of food and clothing. Organization of Torah classes and dissemination of Judaism. Operation of educational activities for youth after school hours. To implement and disseminate the ideas of Chabad Hasidic philosophy, according to the teachings and instructions of the Chabad Rebbes in general, and of the Rebbe, the leader of our generation, in particular (hereinafter: 'Chabad teachings'). To work to deepen the study of Chabad Hasidic teachings, Torah teachings in general, their values and commandments and their transmission to the general public, including children and youth and to establish for them regular and supplementary learning frameworks, including clubs, camps and summer projects of all kinds. To assist the public in observing the commandments of the Torah and the customs of Hasidism. To work to bring hearts closer. To unite the people. For the welfare, peace and security of the public. For spiritual absorption of new immigrants. To assist and encourage the needy of all kinds and this includes: the sick, the elderly, new immigrants, bereaved families, victims of terrorism and all those in need of assistance and encouragement. To operate assistance and charity projects for them and this includes provision of acts of kindness. To work as mentioned also for the rehabilitation of prisoners and their families, including the operation of a Torah learning framework.
