Establishing, maintaining, and managing a synagogue and house of study in the settlement of Jerusalem for a Chabad-Lubavitch community - 45 Jerusalem. To increase acts of kindness and Torah study in community life through: conducting educational activities and educational frameworks for community children, establishing a yeshiva and kollel, an institute for publishing books, mutual aid, providing loans and support for kollel students and those in need.
