The organization will work to instill a spirit of mutual aid and cooperation while encouraging and developing social, educational, cultural and rehabilitative activities, the organization will serve as a consultation address for combatants in various fields in accordance with decisions of the organization's authorized bodies, the organization may initiate publications, including videos, the organization may open court proceedings and appear in proceedings as a friend of the court if the organization's bodies decide to do so, maintaining ongoing regular and continuous relations between the organization, commanders and unit commanders and their representatives with civilian authorities and bodies for the welfare of the unit's combatants
