Soul of Torah

Opening a kollel for scholars and young men during times when regular studies are not held in kollels and yeshivas, such as on Fridays and in the evening, during Hanukkah, on holiday eves, fasting days and more; supporting educational frameworks—yeshivas, kollels and Talmudic academies that will implement a study program during these times; the association will open special study series in memory of the deceased, for healing the sick and redemption for all in need; the association will work to spread Torah study, writing and printing Torah innovations and morality; the association will distribute vouchers for food, clothing, books, electrical appliances and furniture for needy families and young men; support for medical and health expenses; support for housing welfare through subsidies and loans when purchasing or expanding apartments, and participation in rent for needy families and young couples; establishing support funds for families in distress
