Developing and strengthening values of Torah study in Israel; education and encouraging excellence and leadership; strengthening the Jewish identity of the State of Israel and values of Zionism and Jewish settlement in the Land of Israel, including education for immigration, absorption of immigrants and ingathering of exiles; conducting research and position papers to promote public awareness and shape policies for achieving its goals; the association will work in partnership and with support of organizations and individuals for actions in accordance with its goals; the association will distribute awards of encouragement to bodies or individuals who have contributed significantly to promoting topics aligned with the association's goals
