Improvement of quality of life and leisure culture in the community. Development and encouragement of community actions, including social, education, sports, culture and leisure activities. Organization of cultural and entertainment activities, lectures and theatrical presentations. Treatment of disadvantaged populations and their strengthening. Implementation of community, cultural, educational and sports activities, including in the areas and fields detailed above, in coordination and connection with society and in cooperation with it. All organization activities shall be within the framework of the law and legal system of the State of Israel
