To establish and manage a beit midrash in the Breslov Hasidic tradition, in which Hasidic and commemorative events will be held. To conduct community activities for the general public, to operate a Torah library and ritual bath, to prepare children for bar and bat mitzvah as well as grooms and brides for married life and to work among youth and the elderly. To found and manage houses of study and kollelim for married scholars as well as educational institutions for people of all ages. To organize Torah lessons for men, women and people of different ages. To conduct prayers throughout the year in the Breslov Hasidic tradition. To organize acts of charity and kindness and to distribute food baskets and support packages on Sabbath and holiday eves. To encourage excellence and volunteering in the community. To disseminate Torah and Hasidic publications
