Assistance in initiating, establishing and maintaining an agricultural-social school in the Hefer Valley (hereinafter: "educational institution"), to maintain and manage a public institution as defined in section 9(2) of the Income Tax Ordinance, whose purpose is to promote and nurture educational and social activities at the educational institution, to initiate, manage and maintain educational, cultural and sports activities for students of the educational institution, to purchase and hold means and equipment for promoting and nurturing education and culture at the educational institution, to initiate, manage and maintain a food service for students of the educational institution in the manner and conditions to be determined from time to time by the authorized bodies of the association
