To provide a religious framework (exclusively) for the entire population of Kibbutz Yaniv. To establish, maintain and manage religious institutions in the kibbutz: synagogue, study hall, rabbi's house, cemetery, and all matters related to religion and tradition including religious tradition events in the kibbutz - celebrations, conferences etc. To advance Torah culture in the kibbutz. To care for and maintain the cemetery including burial procedures. To manage, maintain and improve the ritual baths in the kibbutz. To maintain and care for the Sabbath administration system. To advance Torah education, Torah classes, lecturers and lectures to strengthen faith in the Creator among residents. To instill Tunisian tradition in all religious institutions with emphasis on the prayer house
