Mobilizing resources and creating tools to assist those dealing with difficulties in various areas of life in the religious public, streamlining and creating and implementing solutions and technologies for a system of support for families, establishing gemachim (free loan societies) for lending various household products (electrical appliances, etc.), distributing food and clothing to needy families, including operating a logistics center for storing products and distribution stations, operating a soup kitchen for hot meals in special cases (such as new mothers and the sick), activity centers for at-risk youth and people with disabilities, guiding them to assist in the community, promoting projects to instill values of mutual responsibility among siblings, such as operating at-risk youth to assist and help the weak in the community.
