Amutat 51 was established by the social and business entrepreneur Hana Rado with the aim of creating quality employment opportunities for women in Israel's social and geographical periphery, strengthening their economic security and that of their families. In our recent operations, we have trained nearly 400 women and men from Israel's periphery in various professions. Our expertise lies in identifying real-time business needs, providing focused professional training, making placements, and continuing to develop the professional skills of the employees in their new workplaces.
