Assisting in developing the Abarbanell Mental Health Center in accordance with the general policy set by the center's management, working for the welfare of mental health patients in the center, raising donations for the center for the benefit of patients and mental health services which will serve to develop special services for patient welfare, acquiring equipment, instruments and advanced facilities for continuous improvement of patients' physical environment, working to integrate mental health patients into the community and into medical institutions and the community, creating public awareness of the needs of mental health patients and those in need of mental health assistance, conducting seminars, conferences and lectures to improve medical and professional treatment of mental health patients and those suffering from mental disorders, addressing the relationship between those with mental illness and professional bodies that can assist them, working to improve hospitalization conditions, welfare, stay and visiting in the hospital, working to advance the training and professional level of those engaged in mental health treatment, taking necessary actions to advance the above goals, working to bring the field of mental health and the activities of the Abarbanell Mental Health Center closer to the wider community in order to change the perception of mental illness and its treatment among the population and the patient's immediate surroundings in particular
