Promoting measurable improvement in the areas of health, education, employment and social mobility in Israel, promoting public policy planning based on data and empirical research methods, including through research and making data available to government bodies, integrating digital tools and insights from behavioral sciences to develop scalable technological solutions, particularly in the areas of health and education, promoting, developing and implementing solutions, tools and programs based on behavioral economics insights, data, research experimental methods and advanced technology in order to assist decision makers in the public sector in implementing more beneficial and effective policies, including through grants to organizations working in areas aligned with the organization's goals, conducting research and experiments on issues related to improving the quality of life of Israeli citizens in areas such as health, education, employment, social mobility, financial, transportation, personal security and more, and publishing results in the format of position papers, articles, conferences and various meetings, raising public awareness of the importance of research and the use of research tools, evaluation and measurement, results and data in solving problems, research and actions to reduce the phenomenon of unfounded publications in the virtual space, with emphasis on publications related to antisemitism and threatening the security of Israeli citizens, research and actions to strengthen and develop communities supporting Israel in the online and offline space worldwide
