Promoting the status of Bedouin youth in their personal capacity and development of their identity as key people and leadership for young leadership in the population and its surroundings, providing services in breaking social and cultural stereotypes by leading a process of change through the operation of youth, and providing humanitarian, social and emotional responses in solving population problems and its surroundings, integrating and empowering Bedouin youth in the Israeli society as providing service responses and development to the population and its surroundings, equality of opportunity and a sense of belonging to Israeli society, giving Bedouin youth the opportunity to acquire a sense of belonging through volunteering and action for the society in which they live
