Perpetuating the memory and legacy of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef through the establishment of educational institutions, yeshivas, and study halls. Operating a system of Torah classes, a publishing institute and outreach activities. Providing relief to the needy through loans and acts of kindness. Bringing in Torah scrolls and training/employing community rabbis. The planned methods of operation are fieldwork in various places throughout the country, and mobilization of local people to the community for the legacy of Maran. In every place we reach, the association will establish and fund public services necessary for welfare/education such as: educational institutions (kindergartens/schools/daycare centers/Torah study/yeshivas/study halls), the purpose of establishing services for the community is to cause local people to connect to the legacy and participate in Torah classes, study places, lessons, Shabbat gatherings and the like. The need for Torah scroll donations, ritual baths and the like will be assessed. (In each location, resources will be invested in specific community needs rather than providing all services). In parallel, the association will operate a system for distributing books and pamphlets with the innovations and teachings of Maran to be distributed in all branches
