Performing and funding neutering and spaying of street cats throughout the country and/or green line areas and the West Bank, any action that directly or indirectly promotes neutering and spaying of cats, including promoting the issue with municipal authorities and contacting veterinarians on an ad-hoc basis as needed, providing ongoing medical care and meeting all physiological needs of cats in the country, green line areas and the West Bank with association funding, in private and municipal veterinary clinics, promoting their rights and situation of street cats in every lawful way
