To work and strive for economic, social and cultural equality and justice among parts of the people in Israel with emphasis on poor and disadvantaged populations and residents of social and geographic periphery in Israel, promotion of excellence in treatment and assistance to at-risk youth, mentoring project to promote academic studies and distribution of academic scholarships, establishment and operation of assistance centers for disadvantaged populations that will include assistance in vocational training and placement, financial support, distribution of food baskets, support for nonprofits working to promote these issues, mental and emotional assistance to people in distress
