‏Alon and Ella was established to provide a warm home for volunteers, create connections between those who are interested in assisting and those who are in need of assistance. Our goal is to establish solidarity, help others, and create a stronger and better society.
We put an emphasis on our volunteers previous experiences, and believe this is a meaningful tool which can enhance volunteering, and strengthen the connection between the volunteers and those who are in need, which in turn, increases the number of voluntary activities.

We assist those who truly need it, regardless of gender, age, race, or religion. We do not make a distinction between children and the elderly, those with families and those without, Jews, Arabs, Christian, Bedouin, or Druse, secular or religious, those who were born into financial difficulties, or found themselves in that situation later in life.
We believe that cross-sector connections between volunteers and those in need, will assist in connecting and strengthening the Israeli Community.
