1. To establish, initiate, manage, operate and promote the national site for the heritage of transit camps, 2. Establishment of a living museum for the heritage of transit camps, 3. To work toward promoting the subject of transit camps in society, culture and education. Also to collect donations and support from individuals, organizations and companies to advance the organization's goals, 4. To initiate and produce activities at the site including lectures, study days, meetings, publishing books and the like, 5. To sell and distribute materials related to the transit camps heritage site
