To promote education, professional training, and technological education in Israel in terms of government and public recognition in this field, promotion of resource allocation, and cooperation between technological colleges and government bodies and industry in Israel, B. To assist technological colleges in Israel that train licensed engineers and/or technicians, including colleges that are not members of the organization, in promoting the field of education and technological education in Israel, updating knowledge and training in various professions, updating and promoting ways of public funding of colleges, and developing new fields of technological education, including through research, promotion of programs, and public activity as well as in an administrative manner
