Union for Advancement of Status and Rights of Coaches in Sports and Physical Activity

To promote and enrich the knowledge and understanding of coaches and instructors from various content areas and sports and physical activity fields represented in the organization, to cultivate and protect the rights and professional status of coaches and instructors, members of the organization, in various sports fields, engaged in fostering training, sports, and physical activity, to work to promote women, girls, and female children in sports training and coaching, to manage on its own and/or in partnership with recognized labor organizations, negotiations, and to enter into an agreement on behalf of those engaged in training in various recognized sports fields by the Ministry of Culture and Sports—Sports Administration, whether coaches or instructors, with any body engaged in activity in these sports fields including, but not limited to, teams, associations, nonprofits, any representation of these, sports management corporations, or representations of these, sports federations and associations, whose coaches or instructors are members of the union, government bodies, municipal bodies, and educational institutions whose application of such an agreement shall be to the member coaches and/or instructors
