Creating a social framework and supporting body for youth in the ultra-Orthodox sector, mainly during leisure hours and between-semester periods, in order to reduce and prevent dropout and at-risk youth, encouraging and incentivizing the writing of Torah compositions, yeshiva breaks between semesters as an alternative to youth clubs during the day and evenings, cultural experiences, trips and shows, financial support for youth students of yeshivas and grooms from needy families
